A four-week program designed to help adults strengthen professional skills, build confidence, and prepare for employment opportunities. Participants meet two days per week for two hours per session.

Topics include workplace expectations, professional communication, accountability, time management, teamwork, résumé preparation, job applications, interview readiness, and employment goal setting.

A workforce readiness program for high school juniors and seniors that prepares young people for employment, career exploration, and life after high school. Participants develop communication, professional conduct, decision-making, responsibility, and foundational workplace skills.

A structured program supporting individuals navigating re-entry as they develop personal goals, strengthen resilience, improve decision-making, and prepare for employment. The program combines personal development, life skills, and practical job readiness to help participants move forward with confidence.

VWS Academy works with community organizations, schools, youth-serving agencies, and re-entry organizations to deliver structured programming that supports workforce readiness, personal development, and economic empowerment.
