Our Virtual 12-Week Re-Entry Life and Job Readiness Program was developed to support individuals navigating re-entry as they work toward personal growth, greater stability, and future employment opportunities.

Participants may need opportunities to strengthen their mindset, rebuild confidence, develop healthy habits, establish personal goals, and prepare for the expectations of the workplace.

Our program provides structure learning, guided reflection, practical exercises, and workforce readiness education to help participants take meaningful steps toward their next chapter.

The VWS Academy Virtual Re-Entry Program is a 12-week educational program combining life skills, personal development, and job readiness.

Participants are encouraged to examine where they are, identify where they want to go, recognize barriers that may affect their progress, and develop practical strategies for moving forward.

Our approach emphasizes personal responsibility, resilience, self-awareness, decision-making, communication, and preparation for employment.

Participants work on resilience, emotional readiness, accountability, communication, decision-making, and the everyday skills that support personal stability.

Phase 3: Workforce Readiness

Participants explore workplace expectations, professional behavior, communication, time management, and the responsibilities associated with employment.

Phase 4: Employment Preparation and Moving Forward

Participants work toward résumé and interview readiness, identify employment goals, consider potential barriers, and develop a practical plan for their next steps.

These learning areas are intended to build progressively throughout the 12 weeks, helping participants connect personal development with preparation for employment.
