Am I required to be a legal resident of the U.S. to work within the Arise Network?

  • Yes, you are required to be a legal resident of the U.S. and at least 18 years of age. You will also be required to complete a criminal background check.  
  • At this time, the states of California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon and Wisconsin are closed for sourcing purposes.

What opportunities are available within the Arise Network?

  • You will provide inbound customer service, technical support, chat support and sales support for different Fortune 500 companies from the comfort of your home.  The revenue is based on flat hourly rates, per call rates and talk time. The pay will average from $8-$16/hr (some are higher) depending on the client you select to certify. 


  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You will be subject to a background check
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a landline at home
  • Must have or be willing to obtain wired Internet service at home
  • Must have a quiet work space

How long is the client's certification course?

  • The certification course can range from 2-6 weeks depending on the client.  You will learn from a live instructor 4 hours a day, Monday-Friday from the comforts of your own home.

How long before I can start servicing?

  • You can start servicing the client after you successfully complete your certification course, which averages 2-7 weeks, depending on your client.  You have the flexibility to schedule your own hours based on the client's  weekly requirement which averages 15 to 20 hours a week.  Yes, you can work more hours if you like.

Are there any discounts for military individuals?

  • Yes, if you are military affiliated, you may be able to select an opportunity at a discounted price.  

Will I be responsible for my own taxes?

  • Yes, you will receive a 1099 at the end of the year and we suggest you contact a tax professional on how to govern this aspect of being self-employed.

Can I have another job or contract position while servicing with Arise?

  • Absolutely, as long as the position is not a conflict of interest and you can maintain your servicing requirements with your client.

Why does Arise charge a semi-monthly servicing fee?

  • The ARISE® service fee is charged for the infrastructure that Arise provides, including the ARISE® 24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk and STARMATIC® scheduling system and accounting services. Arise’s semi-monthly service fee is currently $19.75 and is deducted twice a month from your invoice. No fee is charged until the first invoice period after you begin servicing your first client.

Why Does Virtual World Solutions charge a semi-monthly servicing fee?

  • To cover the cost of doing business.  Our service fee will cover the cost of direct deposit services, providing full support to you via the, certification phase and throughout the time of our partnership and offers you the flexibility to service clients with Virtual World Solutions on the Arise Virtual Network.
